One-hundred and fifty-five in a series. Welcome to this week's overview of the best apps and games released for Windows 8.x and Windows 10 in the past seven days.
Microsoft's 10 days of $0.10 apps promotion on Windows Store lets you to snag apps, games, movies and music for $0.10 each (movies are rental only). Offers change each day. This is a great promotion by Microsoft.
Baconit, a client for Reddit, is the app of the week. It has been rewritten for Windows 10 and it shows: it is fast, responsive, adjusts to any screen size automatically and features almost everything that you can do on Reddit.
As always, if I missed an app or game that has been released this week that you believe is particularly good, let me know in the comments below or notify me via email instead.

App of the week
The highly rated Reddit client is now also available for Windows 10. It has been rewritten from the ground up to take advantage of new capabilities of Windows 10.
The client is very fast, adjust its layout automatically to its window size, and enables you to do most of the things you'd do on Reddit including signing in to your account, commenting on stories, voting on submissions, subscribing to forums and more.
All submissions open in the app directly including links to web pages, videos and images.
The app has a NSFW filter that blocks posts marked as such from being displayed right away.
The search works extremely well and highlights subreddits, users and individual submissions.
Other apps
Mihaita covered the Todoist Preview release for Windows 10 already and I suggest you check out his article on the launch of the new app.
Todoist is a task management service available for a variety of operating systems. It lets you add, manage and edit tasks, sync your tasks across devices or collaborate with others on tasks.
The Windows 10 app takes advantage of Windows 10 features such as Live Tiles, actionable notifications and more.
The new Box application for Windows 10 is now available in Store. It replaces the old Box for Windows 8 application and is universal.
The app enables you to display files and folders of your Box account, share files, view popular file types such as Excel or PDF documents directly in the app, and create or edit Microsoft Office files from within the Box application.
A couple of things are missing however: there is no drag and drop support yet, no option to delete folders, and no option to add files without a folder.
The free app highlights new apps and games that are on the rise in Windows Store.
Registered users can "raise" applications which basically means vote for them.
Options to display the selected application in Windows Store are available. One thing that is missing is a filter that lets you blend out apps only available for Windows Phone or PC.
The new Facebook application for Windows is available as a Beta currently. While you may install it from the Store, you need to be a Beta tester to use it.
The app looks promising and seems to offer most features that you find on Facebook including notifications, the sharing of updates, photos and videos, and checking up on your friends.
This is a lite puzzle game in which you need to fill all the spots on the board by placing Tetris-like objects on it.
As is the case with all of these games, it is easy during the first couple of levels but gets challenging later on when maps grow larger.
Notable updates
The communication apps Line is a Universal Application now.
