Like Sprint and Verizon Wireless before it, Qwest is now being sued by customers seeking to squelch early termination fees (EFTs). Two Qwest customers in Washington State are challenging Qwest's practice of charging cancellation fees on so-called "price-for-life" plans for broadband ISP services.
